The Adolescent and youth of Bangladesh are Vulnerable, as they like to experiment and try new things whether it is sex or drugs. The surveillance system of HIV/AIDS in Bangladesh is looking at the most vulnerable with high-risk behavior.  The operational strategies are following;

·         Provide basic prevention information on STD/HIV/AIDS

·         Aware on religious obligation and guidance for pure life and safe sex.

·         Encourage discussion about religious beliefs and ordain about sexual diseases.

·         Promote awareness of how STD generates HIV during having sex and the consequence when anybody dies from non-production age.

·         Show the video on HIV and discuss media news from local and abroad events.

·         Posters and Stickers to be fixed on different Hotel, Restaurant, Bus Stand, school, college and other highly risk groups.

·         Billboard and Electronic display board to be established in crowded place.

·         Rallies will be arranged for awareness development among the target groups.

·         A cultural learn and folk song team will visit in project area and stage drama and folk song to create positive impact for implementing of the project.

Improving Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health

This program for pregnant women, safe delivery, New born baby & child health in poor community. The intervention employs community health resources (health volunteers, health workers, new born health workers, and skilled birth attendants) to work with village health committees for addressing issues of pregnancy, newborn and child health, for motivating behaviour change in the community and also for facilitating access to obstetric and new born care at public and private facilities.

Free Holiday Clinic

Free holiday because a doctor generally engage in their service during working day. Tow or four holidays in a month they can provide treatment facility in poor community. The initiative was taken to help the poor and distressed people for their treatment. This is not a large program but have a good impact in the community. People, who have no money for their treatment, now are getting proper health care support through the organization.
