Women, girls and other gender sensitive persons including challenged and excluded minorities face barriers and systematic gender discrimination which begins at home in their childhood and continue throughout their lives as unequal opportunity of education, labor payment, social participation, access to income and expend, decision making role in family and society, equal access in workplace etc. 

Through this programme we have been promoting gender equality ensuring equal opportunity and access of education, labor payment, social participation, access to income and expend, decision making role in family and society, equal access in workplace, gender in WASH,  gender in  disaster etc. under this programme we have been implementing several projects supported by the donors as European Union, Gender and Water Alliance, the Netherlands, Poriseva India, Ministry of Women and Child Affairs etc
